Cybrary does not seem legitimate

I get offers to try a month for 88 JPY (I'm in Japan), go to sign up and it's over 4000 JPY. I get an email for a free ethical hacking course, log in and it says, "upgrade to unlock full course".

I contacted their support but have not received a reply even after submitting screenshots. Anyways, I've heard bad things about EC Council but now they are offering EC Council courses so I"m guessing that Cybrary is like Pyimagesearch …
