Cybersecurity training freelancing/business? How did you start?

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone runs a cybersecurity training business remotely. I was looking into doing this on the side of my 9-5 to start with some local medium-sized businesses. Hoping to start with training guides and general cybersecurity modules for businesses that don't have the man power to get the basics established. Let me know your experiences below. Thanks!!
