Cybersecurity Sector and changing cannabis stigmas?

So I currently use cannabis not because it's “cool” , “fun” , or “rad” but for actual medical reasons vs taking a combined 10 medications as a injured veteran. I am using as a means to an end as I know the field isn't exactly open to its use even if legal for state use and even if it was hypothetically accepted federally or lowered as planned.
So my question is what is the current climate or policy …
