Cyber sec analyst resume projects?

Greetings, I'm in my last year of college and have a few certs under my belt... one thing I'm lacking is a Git-hub with any projects for potential employers to see. My question is what projects would you (a cyber sec professional) advise a rookie to put on his resume for the analyst role (scripting etc)
