If some type of cyber warfare event affecting the US population happens with the increasing tensions going on today, what do you recommend the average American citizen have on standby from a technological standpoint?
Feel free to hypothesize any event you think could manifest. Didn’t specify because the only thing that I can think of is a blackout… and I’m not sure if a citizen could even have anything to combat that type of event like generator, UPS, etc.
