Cupp/crunch/cewl.. is there any ither tool to make complex wordlist.

I want to create with target base words or hint base wordlist but confused to use commands . Eg. il0VEMyINDi@ is my target password. Now i have the hints but don’t know the orders( lower/upper/loweruppermix/ digits/ symbols) How to set commands on cupp or crunch or cewl for this type of output not like aaaa,aab,aaac these are useless.
