As part of my role, I write all of our information security policies and procedures (based on NIST 800-53). Almost everything that goes into these is required. However, for most employees, the content is not especially engaging. Does anyone have creative ideas on how they make their control family policies more engaging? For example, do you have a layout that's fun? Do you call out 2-3 key concepts and make them very easy to understand? Thanks in advance.
