Cortex XSOAR

Just started standing up cortex recently, have some fancy integrations flowing currently. Anyone use this as well that have some pointers for maturing the tool to eventually transition to our SOC for use? Understand there will be some growing pains, but for the most part it's been awesome and integrating other tools and playbooks has been a breeze.
