the institution i attend uses an enterprise network system called “eduroam” — it requires credentialed sign-in and certificates to connect — used (and hated) by uni students worldwide. it’s finicky and limits access to certain protocols, and not to mention is a privacy nightmare. i’m not sure how much they monitor it (i’ve attempted torrenting/Tor connections without a proxy or bridge, which they block, but was never contacted about …
