Computer certificate + User password = 2FA?

There's an ongoing discussion in the team about MFA. The question is, would using computer certificate and user domaln password combination be counted as MFA. Here the computer certificate is a NAC (.1x) implementation via an endpoint VPN solution
The argument on one side is, a computer in this case is used for computer authentication then domain password is used for user authentication. It has both something you have and something you know requirements.
