Complaint filed against Alphabets plans to intercept 100s of billions of messages to train Bard

Alphabets plans are illegal in the EU and in many Member States a breach of criminal law. I would recommend everyone write a similar letter to their own Supervisory Authority responsible for regulating under Directive 2002/58/EC - this will either be the same Supervisory Authority who is responsible for GDPR or the Telecoms regulator, depending which Member State you live in.
These plans constitute a gross violation of privacy and law.
