Company want to implement AI transcription service to take minutes.

As above stated, the company i work for wants to implement a transcription service to automate taking minutes on our digital meeting.
We are not a publically traded company that does not have much in terms of company secrets. Most of our stuff is located in 3rd party cloud anyway but for some reason I am hesitant for this implementation.
Please help me build a case of both pros and cons for a service like this.
