Company installed Zscaler on laptop - how invasive is it?

So my company recently installed Zscaler on our company devices and changes I noticed so far

* some Youtube videos are no longer accessible (don't show up in searches)
* while I can log into social media sites or Gmail, I cannot actually mail or post anything

Now, I am wondering is any way the company can decrypt my traffic and get access to username and passwords using Zscaler?
