Company hired me but I have no idea what I’m doing.

A friend’s parents heard I’m studying Cyber Security (just started) and asked me if I can do their company’s Cyber Security in the meantime (for a small salary but enough to keep me going). I said yes but I genuinely only know the basics. I don’t even know what program to use. Any tips for just getting things going?
