Cold call solicitations - anyone ever buy

Maybe it's just me, but I swear the cold calls I'm getting from salespeople have increased 10X over the past month, and they have become super aggressive.

I'm not rude, but I'm certainly not receptive. But they must work, or no salesperson would ever endure the constant rejection and abuse.

Have any of you ever purchased a product or software as a result of a cold call?
