Cloud Security Adoption - Mature Enough?

In current situation, we found that cloud infra already mature enough since there are several Cloud Sevice Providers(CSP) available on market, so customer can choose the best for them.
However, i met some customers and i concluded that security is not their major focus right now especially in cloud infra even they are in regulated sector such as Banking or Enterprise.
I tried to share the shared responsibility model with them, but they always think they pay cloud …
