A cyberattack on Clorox is providing an early test for the SEC's new rules for disclosing cyber incidents. Since an initial notice posted on its website and one filed with the SEC on Aug. 14, Clorox has issued six more, including another 8-K filing, each adding details about operational disruptions as the episode unfolds.
