Class-action against Oracle's "worldwide surveillance machine" for violating billions of users' privacy rights

So apparently somewhat under the radar, Larry Ellison of Oracle has boasted they have "5 billion people's profiles" to help with targeted advertising in 2016. Now the Irish Council for Civil Liberties ICCL compiled a class-action procedure.
