CISA and CISSP done. What's the next cert?

I work primarily in Security Compliance/Management roles. OSCP sounds like an interesting side-grade but I don't see many roles requesting it (not sure how uprooting my career to start pentesting would fly either). Not interested in lower-level certs like CEH or CompTIA either. What are my options from here?
