ChatGPT banned in regulated industries?

I'm investigating the demand so far for generative AI services like ChatGPT in heavily-regulated industries like health/banking/education, where they might well be banned on security/privacy grounds.
Do you see much interest from the folk in such places? Are they missing out due to a potential ban?
(Disclaimer: I work at a company building encrypted and eyes-off deployments of open source gen LLMs, and we're trying to understand potential pain points)
