Certs are not Pokemon card collections

Saw this in a job requisition on linkedin today:

>Note that the ability to articulate and demonstrate skills are as or more important than the certification.

Passing this along as further evidence -- especially for the never ending "how do I get into security" posts -- that experience matters!

Your dozens of certs, especially without any experience, is NOT akin to hitting the lottery or expecting 20% raises every year.
