cybersecurity www.reddit.com

I've been working in cyber security for around a year right now and I feel that I'm lacking some technical knowledge.
Some time ago I asked my manager to include my sec+ cert in the security budget but the answer I received was like: this one is useless and you must focus on getting CISA and CISSP afterwards, don't lose your focus.
He's a really cool guy, a good manager and knows a lot, but I think he's not right …

budget cert certification cisa cissp cyber cyber security cybersecurity don focus great knowledge manager sec security security budget talks technical working
