Cellular router or home network?

I have opened a YouTube channel for making entertainment. My adversary is merely end users getting my information, not Google or governments.

I live with a roommate, which frequently makes online purchases. I discovered after months that our IP address does not change, and noted that any data breach could cause our information to be cross-referenced.

I do not mind end users eventually knowing who I am, but it is not within my interest for my roommate to face possible …
