Cellebrite update disabled all USB ports.

Hi friends, I recently upgraded Cellebrite UFED to the most recent update. Upon completing this, all USB ports on the machine became inactive. There are about 20 ports between the front and the back of this machine. The keyboard and mouse quit working, all plugged in USB drives were unrecognized.

After uninstalling Cellebrite completely, all USB ports became active again. However, now, our EnCase dongle is unrecognized.
