Cellebrite location data - four locations way off

I've got a Cellebrite mobile phone .ufdr dump from an iPhone (6s Plus) and the location data for five data points is way off. One GPS location is in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean; two cell towers hits are off the coast of Ghana, and one "unknown" is in Canada.
