Currently I’m a cloud security engineer. I want to be moving upwards within a few years, but don’t see a clear path, because I don’t want to hyper-focus and specialize in one area.

It looks like most job in the cloud engineering space are somewhat terminal, meaning that there’s no clear path to move upwards to, outside of really specializing in a technical area. Why are there no cloud sec manager jobs?
