Career move EU --> US

I'm under 30yo and live in Sweden. I specialized in software engineering, got hired by a large corporate where I have a leadership position involving **application security** (devsecops, threat modeling, security trainings for devs) and **security awareness** (simulated phishing, communication and training campaigns, etc.).

I'm considering to move to the US, how does the market look like for those skills and how easy is it to get hired straight from Europe?
