Career growth in cybersecurity

Hello fellow cybersecurity professionals!

I’ve been 3 years into my cybersecurity analyst role and would like to progress as a senior cybersecurity role or something similar (preferably threat hunting/red team/security awareness training)

I feel I’m doing IT work and not security related. More like a support analyst.
