Not leaving, but feeling some burnout.

I absolutely love the field, but some days does anyone feel like they can’t escape constant cyber this or cyber that? Whether it be AI on the news, Ukraine/Russia threats, Cyber homework, work, or even just constant tech overload on YouTube/Reddit/social media? When it’s not that, its “the wifi/my device isn’t working” or some other stuff at home/during family events.

I seemingly can’t escape it when I want to relax, anyone else experience this …
