Canon d320 copy machine

I have an old Canon d320 copy machine. I want to send it to electronic waste, but want to pull any memory that is contained within it, as I've copied sensitive data in the past. Does anybody know (1) if there is data saved on these type of stand-alone copy machines, and (2) if so, where in the machine can I pull the memory card?
