I was deciding to go to Telegram-FOSS, which can be downloaded from fdroid; then I found this issue [https://github.com/Telegram-FOSS-Team/Telegram-FOSS/issues/503](https://github.com/Telegram-FOSS-Team/Telegram-FOSS/issues/503) (Telegram-FOSS connects to various big companies and firebase), which remains open more than a year later.
With "privacy oriented" I mean not connecting to such services, no GPS, no access to contacts, calls, SMS, emails, or other "strange" permissions. End to end Encryption would be …
