Just to be clear, I am not talking about photos and videos that can be recovered within 30 days by simply going to the "Recently Deleted" folder.

I'm talking about photos and videos that are permanently deleted, meaning that they are either past the 30 day recovery period or they were manually permanently deleted by going into the "Recently Deleted" folder.

Can these "permanently" deleted photos and/or videos still be found if law enforcement were to get involved?
