Can my information be tracked between PWAs?

So I’m on iOS and I want to use PWAs to minimize data collection and keep them in my browser. I have 3 social media apps that I use and 2 Uni apps. I want to limit the information shared between those so I was wondering that if I have them all as PWAs would data be shared in between them?
I know safari doesn’t allow multiple containers or profiles on iPhone so I can’t do that and I’m not …
