Can my email address be used to find me? Not

So hypothetically let's say Xfinity knows my address, and xxx@yyy.com is my email I use with them. Now I use the same email to sign up for Disney Plus. Can Disney now know I have Xfinity? Could anyone that knows my email find accounts I have? What if those one of those accounts have my address such as xfinity. Can Disney find out my address? Or any random person.
