can iPhone photos be recovered after being permanently deleted

I was a victim of abuse and had a lot of screenshots of evidence on my device. my abuser went through my phone and deleted all of it, and cleared my recently deleted as well. i hear of people saying celebrite and gray-key can return thumbnails but my question is does that apply to screenshots too? and would the thumbnails be of enough quality to read? please someone help me
