Can i use a combination of strict and random proxies with proxychains?

I am using proxychains to distribute my traffic as part of a security test.

My problem is that for the specific test it is important for me that the traffic **always goes through a certain proxy first**. More specifically, there is an exposed server in a private network, this is the 'certain proxy' that i am talking about, after that i only need additional proxies to scatter data sources in the private networks.
