Can I recover deleted emails from along time ago to delete accounts i made on those?

So lately I've been in this huge process of deleting accounts. I really want to be an internet minimalist so to speak. But there was a gmail account i deleted in 2018 that I still had accounts that i really want to delete, dropbox and evernote are two of the big ones I can think of. Is there any way I can obtain an old gmail address or any other address?
