Business Owner - Question on protection FROM Cybersecurity Professional

I think this is a good question with some irony involved. I have a part time employee who has a degree in cybersecurity and experience in the past. We’re a small team, 8 active users or so and we have some room for improvement in the cybersecurity realm.
