Burnt out from the constant paranoia & negativity

Like the title says, I feel like the rope to my company/ the cyber security world in general is becoming frayed to the point of breaking. The actual work itself is like any other job, some good & some bad. At the very least I always feel like I’m learning and being challenged, which could be due to the fact that I’ve only been working for about 4 years.
