If you sue a state hospital, the hospital is defended by the state's Attorney General's office. In the Discovery Phase, you may be required to disclose all e-mail accounts you have used.

A physician friend learned that Protonmail, Tutanota and Autistici give in to the silliest of requests from the AG's office.

Any suggestions on a bullet proof e-mail provider who refuses ALL such requests?
