The company I work for has an older version of Sharepoint which will be replaced (and is moving to Office 365 at “some time in the future). My team have been using Confluence (and Jira) to keep documentation, store policies, standards and procedures. The query capability is Ok, but we’d like to build a knowledge base where we could search policies and standards to find guidance on a particular subject, and past responses to vendor questionnaires - any ideas/suggestions ?
