Building a mental health platform. Tips needed.

I'm working at a startup that is building a platform for people to connect with therapists/clinics in the middle east.

A patient can create an account on the website, see their past and upcoming appointments, their therapist(s), pay for sessions, etc.

Doctors can keep track of their patients, take notes about each session/patient, and other 'admin' features.

A clinic can keep track of all the patients and doctors, add doctors, view info about doctors ,etc.
