Browser Extension Management Solution

Any vendor recommendations or creative in house ideas for scanning what installed browser extensions are in an environment? For the sake of simplicity assume we are looking at managed devices. My target is Chrome extensions primarily but I'd like to target others since people can install those freely in most environments I've ever worked in.
