Blue Team Training Platforms You All Use?

Hey everyone, what do you all use for Blue Team training? My company is willing to pay for a training platform for me.

I'm not really sure which one to use as I've only ever used tryhackme (perhaps this is the best option, I truly don't know)

Ultimately, I want to move into malware analysis/more senior SOC or IR roles in the future. Any recommendations on a platform that can help me get there would be greatly appreciated.
