Blue Team 1 Certification - Is is recognisable to HR Managers

I am planning on taking this cert for how hands on it is but am fearful as i have talked a few people in the industry and they have no idea what this is. i know will it would be beneficial for my own personal development and i really would love to take it but i would rather take a cert that will be more recognisable and develop my skills in other ways if it wont help me get hired. …
