So I started using DuckDuckGo's App Tracking Protection feature yesterday, and it blocked almost 14,000 tracking attempts (from only 12 apps) in the last 24 hours. I mean the amount of tracking and the kinds of data they harvest are insane. More than I could ever imagine. BTW, those trackers run in the background even if you don't use the app actively.
