Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

At work, we are getting a new punch in clock. That requires our fingerprint to punch in and out. I told my manager that I don’t want to use this. In the acknowledgment sheet, it states that it would be stored in the cloud and shared with 3rd parties. I get work having to have my social, but this seems too far. Am I being too much? Or is this worth drawing a line in the sand over?
