Big 4 Consulting vs Cybersecurity company

I was wondering if there are any advantages to picking a Big 4 company vs a company where digital forensics is their bread and butter. My impression is that Big 4 is a sweatshop. In my current role, I haven't been impressed with a certain one's work at all. We have to redo their reports and they miss important details.
