Best way to receive payment without sharing much information (besides the name for instance)

Hi all,

As the title says, the goal is not to be anonymous, but to have minimal information shared with the paying party: Name only. No country or other details (virtual service provided)

Ofc it means also that one can be identified to the middleman platform, no issue with that, but that platform must only share minimal info to the paying party.
