Nothing being delivered is illegal or dangerous.
In the age in which we are living any of our data is sold to other companies, we are going to lose our privacy. For online purchases there are ways to pay anonymously (with crypto and mails/accounts with no real personal info) but the problem is shipping. It is nonsensical to have the utmost attention in payment but be forced to enter your name and address.
